Escape the Fate (ETF) dibentuk di Pahrump/Las Vegas, Nevada pada tahun 2004 oleh Ronnie Radke, Max Green, Bryan Money, dan Robert Ortiz, sebelum tongkat estafet vokalis diteruskan oleh Craig Mabbitt (mantan blessthefall). ETF memadukan solo gitar shredding glam rock dengan energi post-hardcore yang garang. Album 'Dying Is Your Latest Fashion' (2006) dan 'This War Is Ours' (2008) melahirkan lagu-lagu legendaris seperti 'Situations', 'Ashley', 'Something', 'Not Good Enough for Truth in Cliché', '10 Miles Wide', dan 'Gorgeous Nightmare'.
